COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS:
2006:
• Started 12 games at defensive tackle.
• Tied his season-high tackle total in the victory against Arkansas, making five stops from his defensive tackle spot.
• Was all over the field versus Alabama, making three tackles, a tackle for loss, assisting on a sack and forcing a fumble.
• Totaled five tackles, including two solo, in the win over Tennessee, giving him 50 career tackles.
2005:
• Started the final nine games of the season at defensive end and saw action in all 12 contests.
• Made his first interception and collected the first sack of his career at LSU. Also had four tackles against the Tigers.
• One of 16 Gators to record a double-digit tackle effort for the season, with 15, including four tackles for a net loss of 15 yards.
• Was also one of 12 UF defensive players to notch a sack for a net loss of 10 yards, and one of 11 players with an interception.
2004:
• 2004 State Champ at Palm

• Recorded a career-high six total tackles at Tennessee, three of those unassisted.

2003:
• Played in 10 games (FAMU, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ole Miss, LSU, Georgia, Vanderbilt, South Carolina, FSU and Iowa), missing the Arkansas game with a hamstring injury.
• Saw time on offense in eight games (FAMU, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ole Miss, LSU, Georgia, Vandy and USC) for 76 plays.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Attended Palm Bay Sr. High School (Melbourne, FL).
• Named to the prestigious Parade All-America team.
• A SuperPrep All-American, who was considered the nation’s No. 1 fullback by the publication…Named to the SuperPrep Elite 50 Team.
• First-team all-state in Class 4A. Led his team to the 2002 state championship in Class 4A. Played defensive end, wingback, fullback, and running back during his high school career.
• Won Palm Bay’s “James McGriff Award”…Named to the All-Central Florida and to the Space Coast teams.
• Rushed for 1,126 yards and 16 touchdowns as a senior.
• Participant in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and was also invited to the Florida-California All-Star Game.
